Your GriefShare experience includes three key elements that work together to help you recover from the deep hurt of loss. We encourage you to commit to taking part in all three aspects of GriefShare:

1. Video seminar - helpful information on grief-related topics

2. Group discussions - facilitated small group discussion time

3. Personal workbook - individual study and application of concepts

At each session you'll view a video featuring insights from Christian experts, personal stories of people grieving death, and dramatic reenactments to help you through the grief process.

After viewing the weekly video, you will participate in a small group discussion about what you saw on the video and how it applies to your life. You'll stay with the same group of people for the thirteen sessions. It's like you will begin to see the people in your group as "family."

Your leader(s) will have questions to guide the group discussion, and you'll spend time catching up on the trials and successes experienced by group members between sessions. Sharing your experiences will help you organize and clarify your thoughts on what is happening to you and allow others to understand how they can help you along your grief journey.

Note: There will be a $10 fee for tuition and materials for this course. This fee can be paid online OR on the first day of class.
